Important notice: olive season work schedule by area

To organise the work and protect our community and our farmers during the olive season, the lands will be divided into zones, and work will begin according to the following schedule:

• This coming Friday (9 October 2026): al-Ras and al-Dhahr.
• The following Friday (16 October 2026): Jabbour, Wadi Ayyash and Wadi Ein al-Qaws.
• Work will then move on to the remaining areas one after another, as will be announced later.

We call on the people of Birzeit to keep to this schedule and to gather as many people as possible to take part in the collective work, especially on the first Friday in al-Ras and al-Dhahr. This matters for protection and solidarity, and for reducing the risk of anyone being attacked.

Being there together is the source of our strength, and our cooperation protects our people, our land and our harvest.

We call on everyone to commit and cooperate, in the interest of all.
